VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

If you are looking for a great volunteer opportunity, consider signing up to volunteer for the 2026 Cattle Baron’s Ball of Southwest Missouri! We have a wide variety of volunteer roles, and you will be part of an amazing annual event that raises awareness and money for the American Cancer Society. Volunteer Roles

  • October 7th-10th

    Volunteers will help with event setup and prep during the week leading up to the event including unloading of trucks and storage container as well as setting up venue, décor, building bars, tables, lights, etc.

  • October 10th

    Volunteers will help with the night of event activities including Registration, Stars of Hope, Auction, Servers, and Sanitation.

  • October 10th & 11th

    Volunteers will help with event tear down, clean up, and loading up decor and event items into the storage container on night of the event and the following day.

Volunteer Shirts

All volunteers who sign up to help with the night of event volunteer session (Saturday, October 10th) will receive a free Cattle Baron’s Ball shirt to wear for the event.
